We use it for actions that happened recently.

- She has just arrived.
- I have just finished my work.
- They have recently completed the project.
👉 Words like just and recently are commonly used.

We use it for actions that happened in a time period that is not finished yet.
Examples:
- I have studied today.
- She has completed two tasks this week.
- We have watched a movie this month.
👉 Words like today, this week, this month are important here.
